How Tickoff AB processes your personal data when you contact us through the website.
Last updated: 2026-09-02
Tickoff AB cares about your privacy. This policy describes what personal data we collect when you use tickoff.se, why we do so and what rights you have.
Contact for data protection matters: goran@tickoff.se.
When you fill in the contact form we collect the details you provide in it. The form is supplied by Tally, and the data is stored with them within the EU before being forwarded to us.
When you book a demonstration we collect the details you provide in the demo form. That form is also supplied by Tally.
When you visit the website we keep simple visitor statistics using Matomo: which pages are visited, approximate geographic location, and technical information about your browser and device. The statistics run on our own server, no cookie is stored in your browser, and your IP address is anonymised before it is stored.
Beyond what is described in section 6, we do not collect any data about you merely because you visit the website.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and following up on it | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) |
| Protecting the website against spam and misuse | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Meeting accounting and other mandatory legal requirements | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) |
| Compiling visitor statistics and improving the website | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
You give your consent by ticking the box in the form. You may withdraw it at any time, see section 7.
The data is handled by Tickoff staff who need it in order to answer your enquiry. We never sell your data on.
We use the following data processors:
Data from the forms is stored within the EU and is not transferred to any country outside the EU/EEA.
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 12 months. If the contact leads to a customer relationship, the data is kept for as long as that relationship lasts and thereafter for as long as required by the Swedish Accounting Act (seven years for material constituting accounting records).
In the visitor statistics, raw data on individual visits is deleted after 13 months. Aggregated statistics, which cannot be linked to an individual visitor, are kept for at most 25 months.
The contact and demo forms are loaded from tally.so. This means your IP address and information about your browser reach Tally when the form is displayed, even if you do not submit it. Tally stores the data within the EU.
The fonts are hosted on our own server and are not fetched from any external provider.
Visitor statistics are kept using Matomo, which we run on our own server. No cookie is stored in your browser, your IP address is anonymised before storage, and the data never leaves our own infrastructure. We do not cross-reference it with other sources and we do not share it with anyone.
Because nothing is stored in your browser, no cookie notice is needed. If you would still rather not appear in the statistics, you can enable Do Not Track in your browser — Matomo respects that setting.
You have the right to:
Contact us at goran@tickoff.se and we will help you.
If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or with the data protection authority in your own country.
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the most recent change at the top.
